CranioSacral Therapy was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of biomechanics.
Dr. Ron Wish studied advanced aspects of CST with Upledger for many years before opening Great River CranioSacral Therapy Institute in Nyack, NY.
It was my distinct pleasure to study with Dr. Wish for my advanced training certification in CST. Through CranioSacral and other intuitive healing techniques, it is my mission to support my clients in letting go of what is no longer useful. I believe that together we can encourage the exploration and unveiling of the clients' innate healing abilities, empowering the mind/body to heal itself.
Essential oils can change your life if you're ready to let them. If you are looking to aid your meditation rituals, approach long-standing health concerns from a non-medicated and plant-based perspective, detoxify your cleaning cabinet, and/or commit to a new (and higher) baseline for your general health, then essential oils are for you. Plant medicine is ancient, and our bodies crave natural remedies, especially as we're waking up to the toxic environment of our day to day lives.
doTERRA relies on the expert knowledge of local farmers in over 40 countries around the world to source the world's most pure and effective oils.
It would be my honor to personally address your health concerns and help you on your way to plant-based, preventative healthcare!
"I was unsure of what to expect from my first CST session, but Erika's warm and calming presence put me at ease. My session was relaxing and restorative, and I was able to release a lot of tension, much of which I didn't even know I was hanging onto before I laid on the table. Erika has a true gift for healing." -Sarah Misch
Erika grew up in the astonishingly beautiful mountains of Santa Cruz, California. She pursued her immense passions for the performing arts at the University of California, Santa Barbara and The New School for Drama in NYC, and received a BFA and MFA in Acting.
In the past 10 years, Erika has developed a distinct passion for Healing (herself, her loved ones, humanity and the planet). Efforts to expound upon that passion include (but are not limited to) environmental activism, Applied Theatre, the Alexander Technique, yoga, meditation, organic and sustainable farming, aromatherapy and CranioSacral Therapy.
Erika looks forward to her continued practices and studies in CST (and other healing modalities). She aspires toward a world where her love for healing marries her love for movement and theatre.
